I was raised in the construction industry by my father and uncle. After returning from active duty in the U.S. Navy where I worked as an electrician, I co-founded Sterling Builders, LLC with John to craft custom remodeling solutions to client's homes. While we still maintain Sterling Builders, we built Sterling Home Inspection to make up for the shortage of quality home inspectors that lack real construction experience. (See More)
This guy operates the septic and sewer line side. He's the one to call if you need a sewer line scoped or a septic tank pumped and inspected.

In addition to having grown up in the industry and being actively involved in building and remodeling for over a decade, I have spent over 15 years working in the wastewater field coming in direct contact with systems and components related to sewage, piping, and drainage. Having direct experience with plumbing ensures that nothing is missed when looking at one of the most expensive areas of repair.
This guy mostly drinks coffee and tells us what we are doing wrong. He moves between both inspections and septic. I guess you can call him if you want.

Construction has been my career for over three decades stretching back into my teens. I've worked in all capacities from homebuilding and remodeling to professional project management in both residential and commercial construction with direct supervision of budgets over $100M. My professional experience in estimating and management, as well as experience in pest control provides an unmatched service in knowledge and systems.
